2025 marked ten years of Murfreesboro Muslim Youth. It was also a year when MMY faced the possibility of closing its doors, and the community responded, raising more than $55,000 in five weeks to keep the MMY Center open. Youth-led programs grew across food security, interfaith work, and leadership.

121 individual donors and a $25,000 matching gift from The Healing Trust raised over $55,000 in five weeks to keep the MMY Center open.
After 10 years of service, MMY reached a critical crossroads. In just five weeks, 121 individual donors raised $30,165, matched by a $25,000 gift from The Healing Trust, for a total of more than $55,000. Community Action of Rutherford County hosted a benefit dinner in MMY's honor. The support sustains operations for the next 12 months.
